Here you will learn how Graphus protects your organization from the latest, most sophisticated cyberattacks including phishing, business email compromise (BEC), account takeovers (ATO), identity spoofing, and credential theft. You’ll also find out how, thanks to powerful machine learning, Graphus protects you from new and emerging cyberthreats.
TrustGraph®: Advanced, Patented AI Technology
TrustGraph® analyzes over 50 different attributes of your employees’ communications, including the devices they use, who they message most, what time of day they communicate, and so on. The powerful AI uses this data to create profiles of trusted relationships. TrustGraph® then compares incoming communications to these profiles to detect and prevent sophisticated phishing, spear phishing, and business email compromise attacks.
EmployeeShield®: Evolve Your Defenses
Graphus employs EmployeeShield®, a feature that displays an active warning banner on suspicious company emails. The banner will tell you why the message was flagged, and give you the option of looking at it safely to make your final determination. Graphus will learn from your input and adjust its parameters, so it’s always getting smarter and your company is always getting more secure.
Automatic Alerts and Quarantines
Graphus can be configured to automatically alert you or your security team when suspicious messages or attachments are detected and then automatically quarantine them. Automation and AI go hand in hand to reduce the workload of your IT staff and make your cloud email system safer.
User-Friendly Customer Portal
Your IT administrators can easily monitor for suspicious messages and investigate them safely. They can also adjust parameters in just a few seconds to finetune your security, and manually flag messages as unsafe. If you discover an email that is masking a cyberattack, you can delete it from all your employees’ inboxes in a single click.
Enhanced Data Analytics and Reporting
The Graphus dashboard provides detailed, live performance metrics to give you a bird’s-eye view of your business communication security. With this trove of visualized security data, you’ll gain invaluable insights into your levels of risk, how effective your security is, what kind of attacks are targeting your company most, and much more. In addition, Graphus automatically collates this data and generates detailed reports.
Swift Activation — Get Protected in Minutes
It only takes an instant for a cyberattack to sneak past your defenses and wreak havoc, so every second spent without proper protection is dangerous. That’s why Graphus was designed to be quickly deployable to Office 365 and G Suite platforms in a matter of minutes via cloud APIs; no big downloads, no lengthy installs, no time-consuming configurations.
For larger organizations (>1,000 user accounts), Graphus can be implemented for a subset of accounts. Please note however that in this scenario, only the accounts within those subsets would be protected from cyberthreats. Organizations of 1,000 users or fewer must implement Graphus on all email accounts.
No. Once your administrator activates Graphus for your domain, it is automatically activated for all active user-accounts on your domain. Only IT/Security personnel needs access to the Graphus Customer Portal.
No, this doesn’t affect anything with the Graphus application. Graphus integrates with your cloud email platform through its API, and thus all interactions are monitored and protected independently of the client or device used to access emails by your employees.
Graphus subscriptions are priced per user-account protected (also sometimes also referred as inboxes). So, for example, if your subscription to Office 365 (or G Suite) is for 250 user-accounts, you need only pay for a 250-user account subscription to Graphus, regardless of how many aliases, or group email addresses you use.
Graphus personnel do not have access to your email or your Graphus Customer Portal unless you have subscribed to a Managed SOC plan that explicitly tasks Graphus with providing monitoring, investigation, and incident response services. Graphus processes emails in-memory to identify threats to your business. It does not store emails outside of your cloud email platform (Office 365, G Suite). Graphus extracts and stores meta attributes in the Graphus Cloud. These attributes are accessible only by your authorized personnel and are used for investigating suspicious activities and in incident response to detected threats.
The Graphus Cloud uses an Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS) for encrypting and storing customer data (customer emails are not stored in the Graphus Cloud). Amazon RDS uses cutting-edge security and encryption technology. Two-factor authentication is supported for customers utilizing a username and password. Passwords are secured using PBKDF2 for hashing that employs salted passwords for each user with 1,000 iterations of hashing. The Graphus Portal uses Secure Transport Layer (HTTPS) for securing data in motion when accessed by customers using web browsers.
For Graphus Business and Graphus Enterprise subscriptions, only Office 365 or G Suite Admins of your domain and/or other personnels for whom they have created a user account have access to the Graphus CustomerPortal. For Graphus MDR subscription, the Graphus SOC (security operations center) has access to the Graphus Portal to provide a full range of managed services (monitoring, investigations, and incident response) as part of a Managed SOC subscription.
